Water Girls: The Regatta Episode
Thursday Sep 12, 2024
Thursday Sep 12, 2024
It’s no secret Morgan and Stacey are water girls and in this episode they’re sharing stories of their first sailing race they participated in together (and maybe Stacey’s last race lol).
They kick off the conversation recapping their weekend in Annapolis which included thrifting at the Eastport Yacht Club yard sale. Morgan shares stories about running into new friends from a group of moms she recently met and the importance of connections. Who knew yard sales could be this entertaining?
The sisters share the behind the scenes of what happens during a sailing race and how Stacey thought her role on the sailing team would be lounging rather than actively participating. Spoiler alert: their team didn’t win the race but they won best after party.
The best part of the sailing race is Morgan’s near death experience (okay not near death) where she had her true Baywatch moment but not as a lifeguard, as a victim being saved! They share laughs about the race and also their tips for attending the upcoming Annapolis Sailboat and Powerboat Shows.
Enjoy and don't forget to do it for the story!

Diet Coke Friends
Thursday Sep 05, 2024
Thursday Sep 05, 2024
In this week’s episode Morgan and Stacey dive into the nuances of friendships.
The sisters kick off the episode with some exciting personal updates. They’re pumped about their upcoming visit to the Annapolis Summer Garden Theater to catch the musical “Big Fish.” They also share their plans for a fun-filled boat day with family, aboard Stacey’s beloved soon to be named boat, “Water Girl.” As summer transitions into fall, they reflect on the importance of maintaining friendships and staying on top of their health.
The heart of the episode delves into the concept of “Diet Coke friends”—those friendships that just aren't the real thing. Morgan and Stacey discuss the emotional investment required to maintain friendships and the guilt that often accompanies feelings of disconnection. They explore the disappointment that comes when friends don’t reciprocate the same level of effort and the natural ebb and flow of friendships over time.
The sisters emphasize that it’s okay for friendships to fade or evolve as we grow. Life is about growth and nurturing relationships that truly fill your cup.
